After waiting over a month for my "Quick Pack Large Capacity Cosmetic Bag Lazy Makeup Multifunction Portable Waterproof Travel Bag". I tried to contact the company and track my package. The tracking number they provided did not work. The first message I got was that they were closed for a holiday in Feb. (this was in Sept.). 48 hrs later I got a response basically saying they were sorry my package had not arrived, but there was no way to track it. When the package arrived a week later, the first time I pulled on the drawstring to close my new bag, the string broke. It would cost me more to return it than it did to buy the product. Do not use this company unless you assume there is no way to return the item and that is OK with you even if it is broken.
