It's been five weeks since I ordered the product (sweater) and haven't received it or any kind of update from the company. I checked their tracking process and again - after five weeks - it indicates that the product hasn't even been mailed/sent.
I will never EVER order from this company again. I wish I had read reviews before ordering.
