Everything you can think of. Many items are shown as back ordered but end up being discontinued. Customer is polite and totally ignorant. Items arrive unfinished...no buttonholes, missing trim, etc. NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGES!!! The cost of sending the item back is more than the coast of the item.! They should be stopped from doing business in the U.S. Period!
