I order and paid through paypal for two (2) pair of shoes and only got one (1) pair of shoes. I kept the envelope and still have the envelope the size 5 sandals came in and the other shoes would not have fit. They provided only 1 tracking number so a decision was made in Newchic favor. I have never received the shoes I ordered. wish I could post pictures as I would post the envelope the sandals came it as I would show how small the envelope is that the sandals came in. Very sad as I tried to work with them and all I got was the same tracking number every time. There is no way both pair of shoes were in that package. I would never recommend this company. Go to Socofy they are much better and more reliable.
