They've refused to cancel my order 3 times blaming it on "system update" and 1 time because it was too late. I've contacted newchick team via live support 3 times. Every time I've told them to cancel my order, customer service representative asked me to give them an hour or two to fix some issues with their internal system. I've sent them an email asking to cancel my order as well - they've replied it the next day just to let me know that the order was shipped and they can't cancel it. Scammers!
