Boots advertised as "suede" are really doctored cardboard sewn to soles. Very poor company policies. Website says you have to pay for a tracking number. To return items you have to take and email a photo, cut the shipping label from the package to paste onto new package, and pay international postage. Will report this company to econsumer.gov.
