i placed an order near 3 weeks ago for some winter boots and just received notice 2 days ago that they have none in stock. so i requested a refund yesterday and today I'm being told they won"t refund me...I'm required to order another item. I don't want another item and this needs to be dealt with. on top of all this I'm told the companies all the way out in China. i'm really not happy about this companies way of doing business. obviously they're desperate for money and likely don't keep repeat customers.
