I would give Zero stars if I could. I purchased 2 pair of shoes on Dec. 11th 2018. I paid approximately $125.00. Hoping the items would be received by Christmas I paid over $16 for expedited shipping. To date, I've never received the items. It is now Jan, 29th, 2019. I've contacted NewChic online using their live chat twice, both times receiving clipped, pat responses - the techs saying that they'd forward the information on to a specialist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY :( :( :( I'm so disappointed - I wish I'd checked online to see if they were a reputable company before I placed my order.
