NewChic(dot)com ---> Buyer beware. They are a total rip off Chinese business. I ordered four cushion type dog steps from NewChic(dot)com. Within an hour of the order, I tried to cancel my order. They refused to do it claiming that my order was already being processed for shipping. They informed me that I had to reject the order when it arrived, and when they received it back, my account would be credited. It took over two months for the items to arrive. I rejected the order, and here we are one month later and they still never refunded my order. Folks, stay away from NewChic(dot)com is my advice to online shoppers. I'm not out $110 due to them.
