I ordered Men Old Beijing Style Casual Shoes Color:Khaki,Size:US 8.5(Our Size:42) on 13 Jan 2019 and paid using credit card. At that time an Order No.61031787 was generated, which New Chic now claim that they did not find any payment records in their system related to this order. However, the website now display a different same dated Order No.60048746 for same product with status payment preparing. I have already submitted to them my bank's confirmation that payment on my card was successful on 13 Jan 2019. Dont know what will happen to money I have paid? Whether or not I will get the product ordered??? Any body can help me????
