If I could rate a zero I I ABSOLUTELY would. All I ordered was a simple safety first baby bathtub chair. First of all I had to email to find out where and why it was taking forever to get. Finally recieved it and much to my disappointment it arrived broken!! Yes broken!! So disgusted with all of this BS I decided to just order elsewhere. I will NEVER buy anything from this site again and wont recommend it to anyone i know! Worst customer service, of course the phone # given on the page, you cant get through to. So yes, everything is done by email! That sucks because they cant hear my bi*tchy side! So just a heads up, dont order from this joke of a place! All I want is my money back. Now I'm sure I'll get the usual generic comment on my post lol cant wait for that one 😈
