Shipment ordered came in different packages and in one package an item supposedly shipped was not included. When I needed to return items i was instructed to do send back to exact address as sent which i did along with original shipping label inside package . Then told me to take pictures of item item number and mail back. Didnt matter to them that I included the packing slip and description if item returned which is obviously in the bag. After communicating about my returns on several different emails back and forth they gave me the name and address if a person in Los Angeles to send the items to and they could only reimburse me me half of what I paid. This company is a scam in my opinion.
