I've had 5 orders with NewChic. Because I liked the first four items & they fit, I never encountered their return process. A nightmare. Because they are in China- can't talk to them directly. Live chat was useless. They had my information but since they did not include an invoice in their package they wanted pictures sent to a link which did not work when I tried to send the pictures. I just wasted $25 but I've learned not to rely on them when there is a problem
