Their goods only have a 14 day guarantee. If anything goes wrong after this you are bang out of luck.
Bought my wife a pair of boots for Christmas (which she loved) but within six weeks of wearing them the heal started to come off. Contacted Newchic live chat service and the guy on there just kept saying " we can only refund within 14 days of delivery"
