If I could give this zero stars, I would. They advertised a cute knee high cowboy boot, which I ordered. Received a boot that looked NOTHING like the picture. Did not come in a box, no return shipping label. They're want to charge me for return shipping when THEY SENT ME THE WRONG THING! False advertisement and fraudulent, if you ask me. The materials are CHEAP and my shoes came with creases and dents in them. Very fake, Do not trust, would NEVER EVER purchase from them again. oh and if you try to live chat them on the website, it doesn't seem to work. If you try to submit a complaint on the site, it doesn't go through. Convenient.
