DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I did eventually get my money refunded but had to be really firm, they offered me a reduced rate if I kept the goods (which were awful) but I persisted, I had contacted them say 10 times been given the same line which prolongs and stalls you. They tried to say I had received my refund six weeks previously. It is very difficult to get the returns information from them and when you do the parcel never gets to China. I paid 13.50 for Track and Trace service from Royal Mail. Basically this company are fraudsters and will take your money but ignore you if you are not happy. The quality is rubbish and service even worse.
