I ordered a number of different products from this site. Half the things I ordered they did not have in stock and initially they wanted to substitute them with other products - when I asked them to refund me the money for them they did. The rest of the products I received almost 6 weeks later. 4 out of the 8 items I received were very poor quality fabric and the fit did not reflect the size I ordered. For example, one item I ordered 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear based on customer suggestions about the fit - even with that the item was extremely small size suitable for a size XS in Canada (I ordered XL). Other items were such poor quality fabric that I would never wear something like this in public. When I contacted customer services they started responding to me with one e-mail per day asking for all kinds of information (one thing at a time). First they asked me to describe the problem. The next day they asked me to send them pictures of the package I received and individual item pictures. The next day they asked for measurements of the products I received. The next day they asked for my measurements. And finally they said that the 14 days for refund have passed and they can't refund the money and offered to give me 200 points. I dealt with them for over a week and they purposefully let the time pass over 14 days so I would not be able to return the items. I am extremely disappointed by this interaction and am sorry I ever purchased from this site.
