I ordered my shoes May 3rd. when they had not been shipped May 25th, I asked for a refund. They sent me a response May 30th later asking me if I were sure or would like 15% off the product. The very next day I responded saying I wanted a refund. June 8 I sent another request to cancel and refund me my money, I then got a response from the e-mail that it could not be delivered. I started another correspondence with them and it went ignored till June 14 when I received an e-mail saying my produce has been shipped. Today is June 25 and it doesn't look like it left the factory from the shipping notes From the return policy, you have to return it 30 days from the DATE they say it was shipped. YOU WON'T GET IT UNTIL 30 DAYS AFTER IT WAS SHIPPED. I don't know what the product would be like, but the process of getting it has been terrible. STAY AWAY!!!
