I made an order for over $200 , but one item was missed from the order, as I live in Ireland and did not want to pay extra shipping for the missed item I spoke on live chat and cancelled that order and made a new order the following day. New Chic took payment for both orders even though they had made the mistake and I had cancelled immediately. I then discovered that they had only refunded part of my money. The cancelled order had been split into a few different order numbers and not all of them had been refunded. It has become very complicated to try to get my money back and New Chic are asking me to prove I have not received it !!!!!!!!!!!I have gone on live chat a further 3 times to try to get my refund, and it is now well over 2 weeks since I placed the order, but still no joy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disreputable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
