The newchic website make it difficult to enter a return request. I filled out the form they have and waited. No response. One week later, I filled out the form again. Again, no response. I was able to find a link for online chat. When I did this I was able to talk to a customer service rep. She said they would refund my money. I said thank you and waited for it to show up. Nothing. Their website now shows “refunded” on my order, but I’ve never received the refund. This is a scam site. You are taking a very big chance if you order from them
