This is possibly the worst customer service and provision of goods I have ever seen. I ordered a number of shirts to which a letter saying they knocked was provided months after. Although two people were in the House the whole day and no body knocked on the door. I have now spent months trying to get them redelivered, after months of email back and forth with new people each time I asked for a refund. I have had confirmation from the postal providers the goods were delivered and signed for back to sender but they refuse to provide a refund until the goods are received. I now have to raise this with customer affairs. Absolutely dog trash of a company. Do not shop here ever. They lie, are incompetent and ignore you for months. It's not worth it.
