I placed to orders to the value of £201.24 and paid via Pay Pal. Newchic then took an unauthorised payment of £67.67 from my Pay Pal account. For an unknown oder. They will not give me an answer as to why, Just 16 automated standard replies in a few hours. That was yesterday. Today they inform me some of my order is not available. I have cancelled the 2 orders and asked for refunds on these AND the £67.67. taken out without my permission. That is FRAUD.
