My experience with NewChic was the worst experience I have had with online ordering. I order two chair covers that did not fit. Customer service was minimal and difficult accent to understand. I followed their return instructions and still got the run around. Returning the chair covers were impossible to return to China. After many correspondents, NewChic offer a up to 50% refund in 2
-3 days that never came. I will never ever deal with this company. Thanks to PayPal I was able to get a full refund. NewChic is messy!!!
