I ordered my things over 2 weeks ago and it has not even left China so I tried to cancel my order which their website says I can. However, the chat person said I could not cancel because it was on its way and would get here in up to 45 days and that is only counting business days. Say WHAT?????? He also said I could only get my refund if the products were defective and then only when they had received the products back in China. I would not give them any stars; however, I am giving 1 star just to get on the record. I will NEVER order from them again and suggest you don't either.
