Have waited 57 days for an order to arrive. Have contacted NewChic about it twice and they provided a tracking link and when I went to the link, it was in Chinese so that was of no help at all. Also have two other orders that have not been delivered and they are 41 days out from the date of order. In all instances, my bank account is out the money. After my second online live chat, I was admonished and told there is a global pandemic that is causing the delay. I obviously am aware of said pandemic and again simply asked when was the expected delivery date for my three orders. I was again admonished and told I should be cooperative like other customers! Really?? I was only asking for an anticipated delivery date. I then was told to give it another few days for the deliveries to arrive and I said I would give it another week but after that I wanted a FULL refund. Their response was that they could reship the order and I said, no, I would want a FULL refund. I have a transcript of the call.
The clothes are lovely on the website but their service is lousy and it's very frustrating to receive a tracking link in another language, to not have questions answered and to be scolded. Really, stay away from these folks. One star given but if I could give No stars, I would as this is not the first time I've had this experience with them. The last one, BTW, was prior to the pandemic, so their service is poor - period.
