Placed an order on April 4th, 2020 and credit card charged right away!!! Notification that the order was processed and shipped on April 9th. As of 5/30/20 package still not delivered. Started contacting customer service, all kinds of false promises and lies, asked to wait another 33 days, (already beyond their advertised 45 day deliveries). I told them that it was unacceptable, I expected my order or a refund within 5 days... responded with "package is on it's way to destination country", yet when I check USPS tracking it says "label created", so not even scanned to leave their facilities. Checked the newchic website, my order is still in Shenzhen, China... not headed to destination country. Contacted my bank, they have gotten my money back from these scammers... they are still sending me emails that my package is on the way... well, I don't want it now after waiting more than 2 months. Horrible customer service, horrible company... I would avoid the company like the COVID19!!! THEY ARE JUST RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! Way too many complaints, wish I would have read reviews before ordering...
