They sent my package to the wrong address! You email them their customer service is atrocious! It’s the same generic email we can’t change the address once shipped! But you look at the tracking it’s been sitting in their warehouse waiting to be picked up for over a week! No refund, no new package sent to my address just a big oh well we messed up but not going to fix it. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back! This is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with never again!
