New Chic is worst company I ever did business with. I its over 2 weeks since my order, I have not received my merchandise, have not received a tracking number, and the customer service responses are worthless. It is totally frustrating trying to find out a simple question.. What is the status of my order??
Personally, I don't think these folks should be allowed to sell on the web as their service is so poor.
