I had the worst shoe buying experience in my life, as their customer services are the worst I have seen. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes based on the US size provided on their website and of course the size I always wear as they do look beautiful and I have bought similar style from another store. However when I got them, they are one size too big. So I asked for exchange at first, but after two-week every day emailing, and with the help of Paypal, they finally agreed, but I have to pay the international shipping, which is over US$100! Note that this return was 100% due to their products incorrect sizing, as I had no intention to return them in the first place, in addition I also paid the shipping for sending. If I had known these are made and shipped from China, I would not have brought them in the first place. Please be alert when you buy things made/shipped from China online.
