I received a pair of men sneakers but I bought a ladies sneakers. I just want an exchange, but the phone does not exists and the chat never loads. I cannot contact them. This is the reason why I very rare buy anything from a single company. Normally I use Amazon and never had a problem on any merchandise. Don't waste your money.
