I'd give no stars if I could. I ordered this for my elderly mum using my contact details and my credit card. When they didn't deliver I found I couldn't cancel, they wanted my mum too. Utterly stupid and ridiculous. Virgin were amazing, really helpful and understanding. I'd steer well clear of Now TV
