Been on this contract for a year or so now, despite the WiFi speed often being temperamental and inconsistent, I was fairly happy with their broadband. However, just received an email, that states your contract will end, which specifies the day the monthly charge will double - this is bad enough in itself that they try to purposefully trick you out of money in the hope you will forget to cancel it or not check your emails. The worst part is, it specifies a date that the increased charge will happen, and I have just been billed double the month BEFORE it specified. Any company that tries to scam customers in this way is not to be trusted... will be looking into finding an alternative provider whether they can rectify this or not. I have seen many other people talking about similar experiences too..
