I signed up for the cinema and entertainment package under the false pretence I had 7 days trial. When I cancelled way before my 7 days ended they kept the charge of £6.99 due to the fact that I watched 4 hours of tv. Who would have thought you will need to "trial" the service! They offer £2.99 partial refund.i refused. They clearly need the money more... in addition they tried to keep me into contract until I mentioned the 14 days cooling off period pretty much everyone is entitled for. Do not do the mistake in "trialling this " not such thing with this "company "

Absolutely useless. Can’t watch anything that I want to watch, even though it is shown as loaded up and ready to watch. Totally overrated and overcharged service.

DO NOT USE NOWTV !!!! they have lied to me saying they cancelled my broadband but have continued to steal money from me for 2 months and saying i haven’t cancelled it when that’s all i’ve been emailing them about!!!! their customer service is absolutely VILE , sending me the same information form to fill out MULTIPLE TIMES and ignoring me and still trying to steal my money, absolutely avoid as these people are absolute SCUM

No one to contact when TV not loading. Error code on screen and a very unhelpful website utterly useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Please please don't even think about it my fater at the age of 84 requires a landlane. This company has had him out of services for over 2months still being billed every month not a single visit by openreach. Still waiting for a line to be repaired. Its now working in someone else's house. Complaint after complaint nothjng has been rectified. 👎👎👎

NOW TV charge me two separate lots of £10 per month. I never signed anything for the extra £10. They just take it. In my opinion NOW TV should be avoided at all costs. Even when you try to leave they make it really difficult. I only watched NOW TV a few times. They don’t even have a great portfolio of good movies. It’s a scam to extract money. PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE THINKING OF JOINING AND AVOID.

Shocking customer service, I decided not renew my contract on the 9th of October 2024 after choosing a new provider back at the start of September, My new provider notified Now broadband and Now sent me email confirmation in September to say I was leaving, However 23/1024 my account is still pending cancelation, Now have stolen money from my bank without my consent and gone ahead with a new Now contract that should not have started, I've tried many time to use online Now chat with for that team to say broadband is now with sky, I've tried to discuss with sky who say go to Now, I have found an email address to discuss my account with Now and apparently there has been an error! Yet the service is still pending being cancelled, I asked for my bank details and card to be removed yet they are still active on my account so I called a phone number for them on Monday to be told a ticket has been rised. Just shocking if I could 0 stars I would. They can't keep stealing money for a contact that was not a greed to.

I used to watch the odd premier football game on Now, see now pardon the pun just as sky did Now is following suit and pricing themselves out of the market, so won't be buying a day pass anymore..

Takes nearly an hour to work. Watching on a laptop is pathetic! Utter waste of money! Got 35 minutes into the game before I could view it!

Been Waiting on a refund now just over a month more than half of the bill is owed in a refund i have been told it would go in on three different dates still no sgin i will never use them again stay clear

Beware: this company will charge you without you creating an account and there is NO way to stop the fraudulent charges. For the last 6 or so years I have been charged for monthly subscriptions to Now TV (one £9.99 and one £5). Problem is I've never signed up to NOW TV - I never heard of them and didn't even know they existed until this happened. I definitely don't even have an account with them! I've reported this to my bank and they've cancelled my card THREE times, but Now TV does the subs in such a way that after a month they can start charging you again. The bank says they can't do anything about that and I have to talk to NOW TV. Problem is YOU CAN'T ACTUALLY TALK TO NOW TV. Try it - it's just a chat bot, no humans. No phone number, no email and no humans on the other end of the chat. Even their complaints procedure takes you in a circle and requires an account - which I'm not going to create as then they will claim I have an account with them (eye roll). The bank got me refunded a few times early on but they made clear they can't keep doing this and I need to stop this. This is really adding up and there's no way to stop it. Zero stars.

I signed up for what I thought was one subscription. I cancelled it but keep receiving three different charges. Turns out unknowingly I signed up for multiple services including one that with a six months subscription. I found out I can't even use the services because it does work with Chromebooks. This is a very exploitative company for tricking people into various subscriptions and tricking people into a six month contract.

I have recently cancelled my NOW tv membership as I was having issues watching on my android phone. After 4 online conversations with different calls center employees, they still weren't able to fix the issue. Even tried saying I was trying to watch from outside the UK. I live in northern Ireland!!!

I refuse to pay £10 a month per package only to have to deal with adverts. If I'm paying for a service, I don't want adverts. It's unethical. Most people are struggling to get by in the cost of living crisis and streaming services that make disgusting amounts of profit are increasing prices and decreasing the quality of the service, and that's why I'm boycotting all the ones introducing ads.

An ongoing saga... I cancelled my NOW TV subscription in December 2023 round about - however, I have noticed the payments continued. On a few occasions I have contacted them, they have advised another account is using my payment details (however, I can see the payments have been taken on my own dormant account...which I questioned, why would they be listed under my account of this was not related to my own account?). I flagged immediately that if another account is using my payment details, then this is fraudulent and could this be investigated/stopped immediately. They were uninterested in helping - they asked me to provide security details for the fraudulent account (how on earth would I have those if they have been set up by a frauster?). They also provide no explanation as to why I can see the payments in question listed on my own account and completely glossed over it pushing the "alternative accoubt" narrative - my own account clearly shows no active subscriptions (since Dec 2023). They have absolutely no interest in helping me rectify this, but will happily take £9.99 monthly - I have opened disputes with Paypal who were more than happy to take forward my possible Fraud findings at forst mention and could not have been more helpful. Imagine a company NOT taking fraud seriously, but expecting you to know the security details of who has defrauded you. I can see a whole host of reviews here of them taking money from peoples accounts unathorised - so this should not be surprising.
