They sign you up to extra services and do their hardest to make it impossible for you to cancel. Also they kept increasing the bill every few months stealthily without any communication. I literally had to call my bank to get them to block NowTV from being able to charge me against my will. Very negative experience, strongly recommend staying as far as possible.

the worst company that could exist! The wi fi is terrible, it is disconnected for 7-10 days without notifying customers. Non-existent customer support, after minutes and minutes on the phone, they end the call. You ask for a refund and they offer you Netflix or other terrible services. Very bad and Unprofessional

You have made it look as if the TV contract is part of the broadband.v so if you end the broadband contract the TV contract runs on. I moved twice and did not notice you picking money out of my pocket. I did not use the TV part was still running as it appeared to me that TV and broadband were one contract about four years and another six months on the second contract being. Harged. Now don't give a fig about it hiding behind unfair terms IE lots and lots of words. I should have read the reviews. I have not found a business with consistently bad reviews. One star is far to high. I want my money back you scammers

I’ve been a Now TV customer since their launch in 2012. I recently signed up to one of their broadband and phone packages in May 2024. The deal was £21.00 per month for 12 months. I’ve made one payment of £21.00 for June and they’re going to increase my bill for July onwards to £24.00 per month. I have not been advised of any price increase and have raised a complaint with them. They should have sent an email to advise of this and they know I have not received one either. Despite this they are still going to increase my bill. I knew I should have stayed with EE. Absolutely shocking way of doing business. Do not make the same mistake I did of using this company. Avoid at all costs.

Sneaky minimum 6 months for TV membership plans. When you cancel they try to trick you with many pages you have to scroll down to eventually cancel, so easy to think you have cancelled but have not.

Cancelled in April, but still charged for two months. They said I had been viewing and gave details for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, I live in Brighton. Explained to the customer services rep that I must have been hacked or it was an error on their end and they only offered a partial refund.

I thought I had cancelled but didn't officially, which was my fault. But they have ways of knowing that you aren't using the platform to stream, so instead of sending you an email reminder to use their service because you haven't been actively viewing, they stay sneaky and silent, hoping you never notice. Hadn't used their service in well over a year and all they gave me was 3 months refund.

Genuinely the worst streaming service on the market. Everything else, EVERYTHING, streams fine. Netflix, BBC, Channel 4, Disney+, Paramount, even Wow presents plus which definitely doesn't have the money NOW does work perfectly fine. Now is absymal. Buffers constantly. Terrible user interface. Drops quality. Ads a go go. Horrific.

What went wrong? Ridiculously overpriced service with no 4K option, you advertise no contract basis fees but all of your options are 6 month minimums, your service dosent even work on smart TVs and constantly crashes..What else could you do wrong? It dosent work, it's overpriced, it's 10 years behind everything else on offer for less than half the asking price, and you're holding shows like walking dead and game of thrones hostage behind your god awful pay walls. Hope you go bankrupt as quick as possible

No Internet connection! When I finally managed to get past the robots after multiple attempts I got through to a call center which was obviously in India and spoke to a female whose command of the English language was suspect at he very least! Each word spoken was followed by a 1-2 second gap which I found very annoying and when she finally finished speaking she broke the connection!! I am going to treat NOW with the same contempt tha they treat their customers and simply cancel my direct debit to see if that'll get their attention! All aspects of their "service" can be summed up in one single word! "SHITE!"

Been on this contract for a year or so now, despite the WiFi speed often being temperamental and inconsistent, I was fairly happy with their broadband. However, just received an email, that states your contract will end, which specifies the day the monthly charge will double - this is bad enough in itself that they try to purposefully trick you out of money in the hope you will forget to cancel it or not check your emails. The worst part is, it specifies a date that the increased charge will happen, and I have just been billed double the month BEFORE it specified. Any company that tries to scam customers in this way is not to be trusted... will be looking into finding an alternative provider whether they can rectify this or not. I have seen many other people talking about similar experiences too..

Did a trial but discontinued as refuse to be charged a subscription to get anything over 720 hd resolution and for basic 5.1 surround sound excluding bonus streams.

WHAT A COMPLETE CON! I wanted to trail Now TV, so I paid for a ONE WEEK "Entertainment"only subscription. However, this INCUDED a free trail of "Cinema" and "Boost". I tried Now TV and was NOT IMPRESSED, so I did not renew, thinking that the ONE WEEK TRIAL would expire and that would be the end of it - BUT NO! I noticed payments taken out of my bank for the Cinema and Boost options, as well as future payments being lined up for the Enertainment option???????? So I cantacted Now TV and was informed that because I had NOT CANCELLED these services, they were automatically added UNTIL CANCELLED???? How does a one week trial become indefinite and how do FREE ONE WEEK TRIALS also become indefinite?? WHAT A COMPLETE AND UTTER CON! I was informed that the terms and conditions explained that if I did not cancel, I would pay for these 3 services UNTIL I DID CANCEL!! I had assumed that a ONE WEEK TRIAL was exactly that - a ONE WEEK ONLY TRIAL and that if I subsequently wanted to continue with Now TV, I would TELL THEM THAT! To my mind, this is a con job by Now TV that numerous people must have been trapped in and it is not surprising really given that Now TV is owned by Sky TV who rip people off constantly!! I told the employee that I was going to complain to OFCOM about this CON JOB and - suddenly - I got a refund for the Cinema and Boost and my membership cancelled!! Now TV KNOW they are being deceptive in what they are doing but they will keep doing it unless enough people complain to OFCOM, as I am doing, despite the refund.

This is a dreadful company. They have doubled the cost of my Broadband, no warning this was happening. I have phoned twice, but the people on the other end of the line do not speak english and do not understand me either. They say something like my agreement has coming to an end, so doubling my subscription and taking the free landline calls away too!! If you want to deal with a regulated company, then this does not appear to be one of them!!
