Complete joke as a company... unfortunately it seems ,I sighed up for a now package. Got an appointment date and time to install it , 20 .6 .2020 , said I would receive a box the week before but it never arrived, I phoned up the day before engineer was due to find out why I hadn't received it, no one new what was happening and couldn't help me but I ( out of decentcy ) booked time off work to wait in at the appointed time and date as I hadn't had a cancellation text/ call from them ,but of course no one showed up . Stupid me .
