“I subscribed for what I thought was Sky Sports, but in my view there is not much to watch. Not even the French open. I mistakenly thought I would be able to watch all the major sports events, but I was wrong. Please do your research better than I did before you subscribe.”
“Cancelled within 1 month, but their new set up is to charge you for a year. I tried to cancel & they initially said I couldn’t because I subscribed willingly. When I showed him the marketing email THEY sent me, his line became, “small print dud tell you the minimum term was a year”
Beware, they have the worst customer service ever. I should have known, as an ex sky tv customer I should have steered clear of anything sky.
They don’t have enough shows to make you stick around for 3 months, talk-less of a year. 90% of the shows are mid, not worth your time even in a free view.
It’s a new style of rip off.

I have exchanged about 22 emails with them and after they promised me a manager would be in touch I have heard nothing. I am now taking them to the small claims court.”

I subscribed for a trial where it was a clear statement that I can cancel anytime and after a month I cancelled and 2 months later they are still charging my account even if I requested to cancel because I am not interested to continue. “The Now Cinema Package is disgraceful. At almost twice that of Netflix there is nowhere near as much quality choice. Even Disney plus is cheaper and has a better selection. Plus both the latter have a good film selection and series. To get both series and movies on Now would cost nearly £20, and much more if you want to skip ads. Netflix starts from just £5.99 and is good value. Now TV is owned by Sky. Until 2 years ago I had been a Sky subscriber since 1987, Sky early days. For years I swore by Sky, Now I would not recommend we either Now or Sky. If your happy with just streaming get Netflix or one of the many other good apps, some of which have a good selection of free viewing. Some provide live streaming. Don't choose Now. I gave Now 1 star. There was no option to give no stars.”

“I had cancelled my Now Tv subscription over two years ago before I left for Australia and received a confirmation email that I had cancelled. I hadn't logged into my Irish bank a/c in that time and discovered a week ago they had continued to charge me despite the cancellation. I have tried addressing this with Now TV through their customer service chat. I could not actually speak to a person as it is fully controlled by AI. I got a month refund. Will not be returning to this service.”

Where do i start, I called in January to cancel and was told it was cancelled, then didn't check my account for a few months and they were still charging, I called in June and was promised it would be cancelled and I would recieve a refund, I was charged again yesterday so I called up today and was told it was never cancelled.
