I had cancelled my Now Tv subscription over two years ago before I left for Australia and received a confirmation email that I had cancelled. I hadn't logged into my Irish bank a/c in that time and discovered a week ago they had continued to charge me despite the cancellation. I have tried addressing this with Now TV through their customer service chat. I could not actually speak to a person as it is fully controlled by AI. I got a month refund. Will not be returning to this service.
