Now took my setup payment and order for Broadband and gave me an activation date. I waited for this activation date but no router arrived. On the activation date, I call up Now only to find that they have lost my order. Eventually they find it but can see that they had cancelled the order shortly after I paid my setup fee. No one called or communicated with me at all. I was just left waiting for my activation date. So now I have lost two weeks with no broadband and Now are clueless as to what went wrong, they also cannot refund my setup fee due to their own internal issues which I did not fully understand. This company will happily take your money and then treat you like the dirt of a dog. AVOID AND DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I have never had such a hard time trying to pay money to watch TV. Simply could not make an account to watch the last of us after 1 hour just gave up. Terrible.

Do not take the free offer up as it is only there to con you into inadvertently subscribing to them as you’ll think you cancelled but as they told me it’s not that simple and they will take your money without authorisation

Rubbish quality for stupidly high price, inconvenient, unresponsive UI, general quality issues. Black level was messed up (washed out image). The service is offering 720p (which youtube doesn't even classify as HD anymore, for comparison) WITH ads for £9.99 a month, charging an extra £5 a month for at most 1080p. My mistake was rushing in assuming the service would at least be modern for the price. I never imagined it could be this bad. I also didn't actually GET the beautiful 720p, but something closer to 360p. All while buttons on the UI were unresponsive. I might have watched about 20 seconds of content before realising I'd made a horrible mistake. I wanted to get a refund and escape with my life, but was left waiting for a chatbot which seems to be on holiday. Also, because I've actually looked at a few seconds of content, it seems their policy wouldn't allow a refund anyway. It's my own fault for expecting what I thought was the bare minimum for a paid service like this and not reading what I was getting into. I just want to watch the last of us dude :(

£8 a month "deal" for 720p quality worse audio and 1 device. Oh! But pay an extra £5 a month for basic 1080p quality and standard audio. What a joke of an offer. I'll stick to the better value Netflix, prime and Disney plus for my streaming needs.

Got charged double for Sky Sports for 4 months, and customer service refuse to refund me. Don't ever use Apple Pay! Shocking customer service!

Get away with whatever they can. LiveChat agents lie Raised complaint 6 weeks ago. Bought a sports day pass and was supposed to get a 9 month mobile pass free. They say because I paid £11.99 and not £11.98 I can't have the pass... Yes really. The actual process of buying the pass was clunky and they have incorrect info on their FAQs, both of which combined made me miss the start of the game I'd bought pass to watch (when I raised these points they did not even acknowledge). It's been a nightmare getting hold of them since, emailed on November 1st, 6th, 7th, 17th and 27th and still no reply of any kind since the 10th, saying they were 'referring case to relevant team'. LiveChat since then and was cutoff (screen freezes meaning you can't save transcript, funny that...). Spoken to Twitter team several times and they do nothing, have no account access and won't even pass on a message for you. LiveChat on Friday and they promise an email in 24-48 hours. Weekend passes and no email. LiveChat today and ask to speak to manager, agent says they can't transfer chats... 4 messages later they transfer me to floor manager!! Have the transcript and screenshot to prove. Whilst I'm waiting for manager to type... LiveChat times me out and ends chat!! Jump back on, ask to be reconnected and 2nd agent tries to tell me same lie that it's not possible for them to transfer!! Disgusting! I insisted on staying on the chat and waiting for a manager - and surprise surprise I've been cut off again. This brand could not care less about customers, and their 'support' agents seem trained to lie. Do not do business with them.

NOW TV are thieves. They just steal your money and give you no service in return. When I tried to leave them, they blocked the move and have been taking my money ever since. I can't cancel the payments, they just keep stealing my money and giving me no Internet. NOW TV IS A SCAM. DO NOT 7SE THIS COMPANY

An absolute insult and a scam! - 40% more expensive than any other streming service. - adds 'boosters' during purchase to try and scam you ouy of extra money. - min of 4 adverts at the beginning of every episode and a further 3 breaks of around 4 adverts long each... making a 1 hour episode an extra 20% longer.

Signed up for this new offer of £14.99 a month but little did i know what a nightmare it would turn into… I’m a new user to Now TV and after subscribing i’ve got charged twice this month for Boost £5 from my bank account without prior notification. Spoke to multiple agents on live chat no results. Got no refund! On Friday spoke to an agent which promised me that i’d be charged £4.99 for Entertainment and the rest £5 would be taken from my credit on my account. Yesterday they charged me the £4.99 plus £5 for Cinema. Checked my Now account and i had 0 credit there. I’ve been lied to and manipulated into an offer that hasn’t been explained to me properly when i signed up. I guess that’s how they make their money by making people fall for their “offer” when in reality it’s a total rip off. Yesterday i tried again to speak to not one but two agents on live chat. The first guy took so long that eventually the chat ended due to time out. The second one ended up the same. They trying to justify what i’ve been charged for saying that £5 was meant to be for Entertainment when i could clearly see on my bank transaction that i’ve been charged for cinema Twice this month. They do have a contact number but they don’t take accountability for anything instead they make you go and chat with a useless agent on a trash chat that doesn’t even let you finish the conversation. This company is Trash/Garbage. I’m going to escalate it to someone higher up since i’ve got no results from a regular agent. I only signed up for this to watch House of Dragons which with the offer sounded pretty decent but too good to be true as afterwards they would take all your money from your bank account. Avoid like plague, this is not worth it. It’s a trash service where everyone is trying to avoid you. One star is too much for them i’d give Zero stars if i could.

Up until a couple of weeks ago, our experience with NOW TV's broadband service had been good, and we'd opted to not go with a cheaper company when we needed to upgrade to fibre because their customer service had always been great and they'd resolved every issue quickly and easily and offered compensation for a small delay. This hasn't been the case this time unfortunately. The first member of staff told me the wrong date (verbally and by email) about when it was going live. The second lied and said it just needed a couple of days for the speeds to go up, rather than tell me the previous member of staff had made a mistake and it hadn't been actioned the day previously. The third told me it was actually due to go live nearly a week after I was told it initially would, and offered no explanation for the mix-up. I'd also been told two different things about whether there would be an outage of our internet while the switch happens, one said it would be out for an hour, another member of staff said it wouldn't drop out at all, and the third said it shouldn't but he couldn't guarantee it, which is really important because we both work partly from home. If it had gone live on the Saturday like it should have, this wouldn't be a problem. I'm furious at being mislead and lied to and would like an explanation and an apology.

To watch anything you have to install the NowTV Player app which is a complete joke. It doesn't work at all on Windows 11, just crashes as soon as it opens. On other devices it sort of works, but it's very buggy, it keeps crashing, it doesn't remember your place and the picture quality is often terrible. Also, it's a paid subscription service but it's full of ads. That's just unacceptable. I have cancelled my (expensive) subscription and won't be coming back. I'll be buying HoTD and Succession through Amazon instead.

Paid for service, but it foists long unskippable ads. And its not cheap. Lackluster Video CDN, the streaming is awful the quality keeps dropping. Its not an internet connection issue... youtube has no problems streaming.

Awful customer service. I contacted NOW to request to change my personal details. They were asking for legal document that was irrelevant and didn't exist, refused to pass my request to someone senior and made a simple request into something that caused a lot of stress. They do not listen and have no understanding of the 'law' they are trying to quote. My matter was simply resolved once the matter was escalated. It was a shame it had to get to that stage after my comments were disregarded several times. I have no faith that the Company would listen to me in the future.

Have now TV for streaming. They have no phone line. Spent over 2 hours trying to get help to be disconnected. Third agent refused to read transcripts and I was not willing to explain for a third time. On with a fourth to get a refund and file a complaint. Disgusting service. Never again. Update. Was offered 19p for over 3 hours trying to get help without actually getting any, and for being unable to watch it. Worst service in the world.

Don't ever go through topcashback with now TV they are both rip off, I placed my now TV broadband through topcashback and after several month my £76.50 has been declined no reason just declined so be careful using topcashback and now TV they are scammers to get your business but don't wan to payout, I am going to the financial ombudsman and the programme rip off britain and also the papers how companies can rip people off like this well they deserved to be named and shamed
