“Randomly started charging me double for the last 6 months, despite receiving a “do nothing and your contract will renew at £x” email.
They denied the existence of that email until i pressed them and they confirmed that it actually did exist.
They only offered me a refund for 1 of those months. I cancelled my contract.
They will use you as a piggy bank and massively overcharge with no notice.
They are just banking that nobody has the will or means to take them to court.”

“You pay your monthly subscription and they still load every episode with adds. The adds are like 2 or 3 times an episode of whatever you are watching and are very annoying. I dont know the exact difference in price between this and Netflix but Netflix doesent annoy the hell out of me with so many adds.

“While watching a tennis final yesterday, I had to leave the match to take a phone call, so I logged out. When I logged in again to watch the rest of the match, there was NOTHING being streamed. I checked elsewhere online and the match was still going on, but of course I couldn't watch it because it had DISAPPEARED from NOWTv. There was NO EXPLANATION. In my experience, this is not the first time coverage has dropped out - and I can appreciate that it's going to happen some of the time, BUT there is no customer service, no advice on screen, NOTHING. The impression I now have from using NOWTv is that it is so bad that I feel like telling everyone to avoid it. If you don't believe me, there are a lot of similar customer experiences like mine on Trustpilot. Take a look. Absolutely unacceptable level of service. I will be complaining to them, but to be honest I do not expect to get any reply, let alone any genuine customer service. I will try, though. But when, as I expect, I get nowhere, I will definitely contact Ofcom.”
“So, I signed up for one month Entertainment on 8th Jan, to watch Artist of the year. So far I have been billed £9.99 on the 1/12 £9.00 on the 8/12 and now £9.99. This after cancelling the subscription and lengthy dispute/phone call on the 8/12 regarding second payment. I may be a pensioner, but I am not stupid. Your procedures are underhand and bound to confuse. You do not advise payments in advance. All in all may I thank you for taking food out of my mouth!”
“I signed up for the cinema and entertainment package under the false pretence I had 7 days trial. When I cancelled way before my 7 days ended they kept the charge of £6.99 due to the fact that I watched 4 hours of tv. Who would have thought you will need to "trial" the service! They offer £2.99 partial refund.i refused. They clearly need the money more... in addition they tried to keep me into contract until I mentioned the 14 days cooling off period pretty much everyone is entitled for. Do not do the mistake in "trialling this " not such thing with this "company "”

This company has had him out of services for over 2months still being billed every month not a single visit by openreach. Still waiting for a line to be repaired. “NOW TV charge me two separate lots of £10 per month. I never signed anything for the extra £10. They just take it. In my opinion NOW TV should be avoided at all costs. Even when you try to leave they make it really difficult. I only watched NOW TV a few times. They don’t even have a great portfolio of good movies. It’s a scam to extract money. PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE THINKING OF JOINING AND AVOID.”
“Shocking customer service, I decided not renew my contract on the 9th of October 2024 after choosing a new provider back at the start of September, My new provider notified Now broadband and Now sent me email confirmation in September to say I was leaving, However 23/1024 my account is still pending cancelation, Now have stolen money from my bank without my consent and gone ahead with a new Now contract that should not have started, I've tried many time to use online Now chat with for that team to say broadband is now with sky, I've tried to discuss with sky who say go to Now, I have found an email address to discuss my account with Now and apparently there has been an error! Yet the service is still pending being cancelled, I asked for my bank details and card to be removed yet they are still active on my account so I called a phone number for them on Monday to be told a ticket has been rised. Just shocking if I could 0 stars I would. They can't keep stealing money for a contact that was not a greed to.”
