So, I signed up for one month Entertainment on 8th Jan, to watch Artist of the year. So far I have been billed £9.99 on the 1/12 £9.00 on the 8/12 and now £9.99. This after cancelling the subscription and lengthy dispute/phone call on the 8/12 regarding second payment. I may be a pensioner, but I am not stupid. Your procedures are underhand and bound to confuse. You do not advise payments in advance. All in all may I thank you for taking food out of my mouth!
