Their service & passes are generally a pretty good deal for those of us who don't want to & can't be tied to contracts with subscription TV & streaming services. The level of customer service via their website & live webchat in particular can be very good. Just make sure to keep an eye on when initial monthly passes come to their end as they auto renew for another month.

Ease of ordering (and cancelling!) is one of NowTV’s big plus points. Going on holiday? Just cancel your subscription then reactivate it on your return. Good selection of Movies, TV, Kids & Sports (buy monthly passes seperately) at fair prices too. Extremely clear and user-friendly website.

Signed up with them last August. Not sure how but I signed up to the sports channel in error. When l received their email confirmation l cancelled this and the amount was refunded. This was a bit time consuming to sort out. I was also advised to set up a pin number to avoid this happening in the future. No problems with broadband, TV or phone.

Lots of good shows. But unfortunately the website and app are pretty useless. For example, if you get to the end of the episode and you haven't clicked Play Next then you'll have to go back to the website in your browser and carry on with the Continue Watching section... as the app doesn't provide this basic option to you. Also, the most annoying this is that if you leave it too long it will log you out so you will have to log back in again on the browser and then refresh in the app and then go back to the browser to open up the film you want to watch. The whole thing is extremely annoying and poorly designed. Also, I wish they had more nature documentaries as they only have about 15 for the whole Wild channel.

This is the worst streaming UX I've ever experienced. Content is decent but not comparable to the likes of Netflix, Disney Plus etc. Pricing is high and paywalls exist for all content. The app feels rushed and should have been web-based from the start.

I think it's great that I can buy day passes to watch specific programming, and it's great that I can do that through NowTV. Unfortunately, I've had several poor experiences with NowTV. I've needed to contact technical support on four or five separate occasions, more than for any other service I've ever used, and I'm only an occasional NowTV user. Just when it seems like a problem is fixed, the next time there's a new problem. On the latest occasion, I bought a pass to watch a football match and ended up missing half of it because I had to spend 45 minutes troubleshooting the issue using the chat support, going through a seemingly endless list of steps in the process as so many of the attempted fixes did not work. At the end the communication, while I was very grateful for the help, I was advised to log in earlier in future so that any technical issues might be fixed before the programming starts. It's as if NowTV believes that technical problems should be expected and I'm being blamed in part for not anticipating a problem. There wasn't even an offer of so much as a partial discount. Essentially, I was left to use half my fee on dealing with NowTV's technical support, while at the same time missing a significant portion of what I paid to watch in the first place. In summary, the service is entirely unreliable because it appears to be 50/50 as to whether I get to see what I paid for or an error message when I click on the play button, and, in terms of customer care, the message I've picked up is, "We'll help you fix the problem we've caused, but tough luck over all the time and money you've now wasted as a customer".

Lost connection to site on our TV. It would have been so very, very nice to have a phone number to actually speak to a human being. Instead when we phoned (SKY) we were advised it wasn't the right company (but what is?) Eventually got hold of a phone number but could only speak to a computerised voice. Had to use live chat - then got timed out waiting for assistant to come back to me. Bp right up!

3 weeks of not being able to login, call centre in India that does absolutely nothing, you can't ring them to complain, you can't cancel your payment if you can't login, it's like beating your head against a brick wall. I sincerely hope it goes out of business some time soon.

0 Stars. I have had Now Broadband for a 24 month contract. I was paying £23.50. When my contract was coming to an end this month they emailed saying what my options were. One was do nothing and no cost sgainst it but I assumed inflationary increase. Boy was I wrong. My DD went out yesterday and they had the cheek to double it without even notifying me! £46 for mediocre broadband connection. I tried to log into my account but it kept showing an error- a logging in error on laptop and a sorry you can’t view or amend your package right now error on my mobile! Suspicious! I complained and they admitted the email I received was ‘confusing’ and they have put measures in place to address the wording for future customers - lucky them! No reimbursement for me! I have cancelled and switched of course! I had to buy two extenders for the house as their signal is poor so not value for money even at the £23. If you look on the Now community chat I am one of many who have been duped.

0/5 stars if I could. Never installed Internet and still charged us monthly after I terminated the account. Customer service hung up multiple calls. Very fraudulent!

Terrible customer service you can't even phone them no more I've been charged for months for services I have not applied for or even used as I canceled it months ago ,discusting it's fraud technically and there getting away with it.
