Signed up with them last August. Not sure how but I signed up to the sports channel in error. When l received their email confirmation l cancelled this and the amount was refunded. This was a bit time consuming to sort out. I was also advised to set up a pin number to avoid this happening in the future.
No problems with broadband, TV or phone.
