Terrible customer service. My order was lost and I had to email 20 times and still they did nothing. Ronald the supposed manager refused to track the order after I contacted UPS myself and they told me the package was lost. According to UPS policy RedBubble had to start the claims process. I explained this to Ronald. He just refused to help. I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved to get something done. Do not order from this company. They do not care!!!! Checkout their sinking stock prices, says something about the company.
