Used to be good and reliable. Recently, some t-shirts I have ordered have come with un-centered prints. When I ask for a remake, it takes a week for customer service to get back to me. And then after another week tell you: "sorry, that color is out of stock for the forseeable future". The last example was a large navy blue tri-blend t-shirt... how can you not stock the most basic of sizes/colors?
So many cool designs I'd still like to buy, but now i'm going to stop shopping there.
