Ordered two small classic shirts from Redbubble as they said it runs large. It was too small, and one of the shirt prints didn't look as sharp as I wanted. I asked to exchange one small shirt for a medium, and the one I didn't like for a refund and they did exactly that.
Not only did they tell me to keep the products I couldn't fit (give them to a friend or charity!) they also gave me a Redbubble voucher. Fantastic service and very helpful and would buy and sell from them again.
