Quality has seriously dropped since I last ordered from them. Their stickers used to be very brightly colored with good quality images, but the last batch I got was all washed out and grainy.
I would give one star but customer service was very quick and polite. My other major complaint is they do not issue refunds, just reorders and store credit. But if that low quality is standard who would want a reorder, and why would I want store credit to buy more trash?
