After several weeks of waiting for Christmas presents to arrive, I contacted customer service and was told the issue is with the 3rd party vendor. I contacted the 3rd party vendor and he threw it right back to customer service. Meanwhile, two weeks have gone by and no one is responding. I am not out $$ as I put in a dispute with AMEX. What a crummy way to run a business.
