Ordered 3/30. Told my order would arrive 4/04. Was then told to wait two days post expected arrival date. On 4/06 I saw "label created" as the status 10 days after they said it shipped. Was then told they use a third party for shipping and cannot control the shipping aspect, so ultimately my order was lost. So sad to wait so long for something that never arrived. Product may be great, but due to third party incompetencies, will never know.
