Received a terrible product and started to deal with their customer service. At one point, they referred me to a section of their customer policy. When I pointed out that their own stated policy put them in the wrong and put me in a position where I lost money, they simply stopped responding and did nothing else. So I'm down $80+. Absolutely terrible experience. I've not had customer service simply stop responding.
