Ordered two T-shirts. Both arrived in reasonable time (7 days). Quality was very poor though, and one was totally wrong (not the one I ordered. I got someone's face. I ordered a Porsche emblem). Now that's poor but the tricky thing is getting someone at the company to sort the error. It's all automated and something as basic as "you sent me the wrong t-shirts" isn't an option! Not a good experience. So now I have to chase and chase to get my money back.
