Ordered a baseball cap on 11/28/2022 and was charged 31.51. The hat never arrived. After several emails to Redbubble I was told the hat manufacturer wouldn't ship the hat as it was poor quality. I was offered a store credit of 21.72. I wanted a refund not store credit and I was told I would receive a refund of 21.72. Why not 31.51 ? I never received any goods so why am I not receiving a full refund. As of 01/13/2023 I have still not received any refund.
